A real delivery, unedited
This is exactly what the assistant wrote on October 3, 2026 for the answers below, with no editing on our part, after the automatic fact check that compares every sentence with the answers and removes anything they do not contain. The answers are fictional: the person and the memories were invented for this example.

Poem or reading
110 wordsCrossing the Bar, by Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1889)
Sunset and evening star,
And one clear call for me!
And may there be no moaning of the bar,
When I put out to sea,
But such a tide as moving seems asleep,
Too full for sound and foam,
When that which drew from out the boundless deep
Turns again home.
Twilight and evening bell,
And after that the dark!
And may there be no sadness of farewell,
When I embark;
For tho' from out our bourne of Time and Place
The flood may bear me far,
I hope to see my Pilot face to face
When I have crost the bar.
Always read it before you use it. The assistant added one closing sentence that was not in the answers ("His family is grateful for the years they had with him.") and dropped the word "granddaughter" from the order of service. Read every line and correct anything you want before printing.
How it works
Answer the questions on this page, then pay (or pay first and answer on your private page right after): the name and dates, a few facts about their life, the parts of the service and who does each one, and, if you wish, the pallbearers, the people the family wants to thank and a poem. The assistant writes the wording of each panel from those answers only, and a second check removes anything you did not tell us.
You then open the result in the printable funeral program, add a photo, print one copy, fold it and check it before printing the rest. If something needs changing, describe it in a sentence: one revision is included, and you can also edit any panel yourself in the template.
What goes on each panel
- Cover: a short title line, the full name, the dates and, if you give them, the date and place of the service.
- Life story: about 120 to 220 words, in the usual order, with the family who survive them if you list them.
- Order of service: each part in the order you give, with the name of the person who leads it.
- Back page: the poem or reading you paste, the family's thanks, and the reception or burial details.
See what to include in a funeral program and sample orders of service if you are still deciding with the officiant.
Common questions
What do I receive exactly?
The wording of each panel, on your private page, with a button that opens it in our printable four-panel program (one sheet of US Letter, folded in half). You add a photo from your device, check every line, then print it or save it as a PDF for a print shop. A Word file is also available.
Do you print or ship the programs?
No. Families usually print at home on cardstock or take the PDF to a local print shop, which is faster than any shipping in the days before a service.
Can I include a poem or a Bible reading?
Yes. Paste the full text in the questionnaire and it is printed exactly as you type it; the assistant never rewrites it. Make sure you have the right to reprint it, which is the case for older poems in the public domain.
Is it different from the free template?
The free template lays out what you type yourself. Here the assistant writes the life story, the cover lines, the order of service and the family's thanks from your answers, and fills in the template for you.
Do you print or mail the programs?
No. You receive the wording, laid out in a printable program on your screen. Add your photo, print one copy to check it, then print the rest at home or take the PDF to a print shop.
Will it add readings or hymns I did not choose?
No. The order of service is written only from the parts and names you give. Every sentence is checked against your answers, and anything you did not tell us is removed.
Who or what writes it?
An AI writing assistant, following our rules: your facts only, no clichés, no religious language unless you ask for it. You review every line before printing.
What if it does not work for me?
Use the revision, and if it still does not work, write to us within 14 days for a full refund. If the text cannot be written at all, you are refunded automatically.
Is the payment secure?
Yes. You pay on Stripe's secure payment page, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Your card number never reaches our servers, and the charge appears on your statement as "OG* TRIBUTEPEN".
Who is the seller?
LACANGEL GROUP, SAS (French simplified joint-stock company), SIREN 995 268 018, registered office: 1 rue Marguerin, 75014 Paris, France. Questions about an order: administration@lacangel.fr.
