Refund policy

We would rather refund you than leave you with words that do not fit.

Automatic refund

If your text cannot be written, because of a technical failure or because the writing assistant declines the request, the payment is refunded automatically and in full. Your text page tells you so, and you do not need to do anything.

Refund on request

If the text does not work for you, even after the included revisions, write to administration@lacangel.fr within 14 days of your purchase, from the email address used to pay or by replying to your confirmation email. We refund the full price. You do not have to explain why.

How long it takes

We start the refund within one business day of your message. It goes back to the card you paid with; banks usually show it within 5 to 10 business days.
